Clients of the Madame Chic Salon are obligated to read these service regulations before beginning any treatment and to comply with its provisions.
Using the services offered by Madame Chic Salon constitutes acceptance of the regulations without the need for a signature.
1. General Provisions
These Regulations define the rules for using the services of the Madame Chic Salon. This document serves as a guide and describes practical matters, including:
- Opening hours
- Methods of booking appointments
- Payment methods
- Validity periods for treatments and packages
- Rules for cancelling appointments
- Safety and GDPR (Data Protection) issues

2. Opening Hours

The Salon is closed on statutory public holidays.
⚠️ Changes to opening hours may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., employee absence or unforeseen events such as power, water, or gas outage).
3. Offer
The current offer is available:
- on the website
- in the Booksy booking system
- at the Salon's reception desk
- on Facebook and Instagram profiles
Prices and promotions are regularly updated. However, published information constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract, not an offer in the sense of the Civil Code.
4. Appointment Booking
4.1. How to book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked via:

4.2. Can I come without an appointment?
No. Treatments are performed only after a prior appointment has been made. Reservations allow us to properly prepare the room, equipment, and cosmetologist for the chosen treatment.
4.3. Arriving for the Appointment
We kindly ask that you arrive punctually for your scheduled appointments.
Late Arrival
In case of late arrival:
- Up to 10 minutes: The treatment will be performed in full, but the relaxation part or some elements of the service may be shortened.
- Over 15 minutes: We reserve the right to refuse to perform the treatment due to the time needed for subsequent clients.
- Up to 5 minutes: Applies to treatments lasting up to 30 minutes.
Appointment Cancellation by the Salon
The Salon reserves the right to reschedule an appointment in exceptional situations (e.g., illness, equipment failure). In such a case, a new date will be proposed to the Client.
5. Payments
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Debit and credit cards
- BLIK (Polish mobile payment system)
- Bank transfer
- Instalment system PayPlus (MediRaty)
6. Deposit / Security Deposit
The Deposit (Zadatek) is credited towards the price of the service.

A Security Deposit (Kaucja) is collected by the Booksy reservation system in the event of late appointment cancellation (less than 24 hours before the visit) or a no-show. The Security Deposit collected is 50% of the service value.
7. Validity Periods for Purchased Service Packages
7.1. General Rules
- 1 month = 30 calendar days
- 1 week = 7 calendar days
- Validity periods are counted from the date of purchase of the treatment or package.
Package usage time is the number of months equal to the number of treatments plus two (e.g., 5 treatments means 7 months to use).
❌ No refund for unused services within a package.
8. Gift Vouchers / Vouchers
- The voucher must be activated within 30 days of purchase.
- Activation involves selecting services/products at the Salon's reception desk.
- After activation, the standard validity periods for the given treatments apply.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Before purchasing a voucher, please estimate whether the recipient will be able to visit the Salon within 30 days of purchase.
- Gift vouchers cover services.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of cosmetics.
9. Client Card and Documentation
- A Client Card is created for every Client, recording necessary information.
- Filling out the card is mandatory for the treatment to be performed.
- "Before" and "After" photo documentation is mandatory – photos are stored exclusively in the Client Card. We publish them on social media only with the Client's written consent.
10. Safety Rules
- Minors – require written consent from a parent/guardian (we recommend the guardian's presence during the visit).
- Children – please do not bring children to treatments (safety reasons).
- The Salon is not responsible for children left unattended. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for damage or destruction caused by children or teenagers.
- Animals – no animals are allowed (exception: guide dog).
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and unauthorized use of equipment are prohibited in the Salon.
- Clients should attend treatments without accompanying persons.
- The Client is financially responsible for the deliberate damage or destruction of the Salon's equipment.
- The Salon is not responsible for valuables left unattended outside the designated storage area.
11. Complaints
We accept complaints only by email at:
[email protected].❌ We do not accept telephone complaints.
A response to the complaint will be provided within 14 days of its submission.
Each complaint is considered individually, analysing the Client Card, the treatment procedure, and consulting with the cosmetologist who performed the service.
12. Monitoring and GDPR
- The Salon uses video monitoring.

13. Dispute Resolution
We aim for amicable resolution of all disputes.
14. Changes to the Regulations
- Supplementing the regulations with new services does not constitute a change to the regulations.
- The regulations may be changed in the event of, for example, a change in the law.
15. Final Provisions
These Regulations are the result of original work and constitute a work within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994. Copying and using the regulations without the owner's consent is prohibited.

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

- concluding and performing the service/contract – for the duration of the contract and after its termination until the contract has been properly performed;
- fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Controller: a) issuing and storing invoices, including accounting documents; b) handling the right of withdrawal from the contract and complaints within the time and form required by law; for the period necessary to fulfill the Controller's legal obligations;
- sending marketing materials – for as long as you have given consent to receive such communications.
The legal basis for processing personal data by the Controller is:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent to the processing of personal data;
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract;
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller.
Recipients of Personal Data
We disclose your personal data to processors acting on behalf of the Controller who assist in performing activities such as: IT system maintenance, subcontractors supporting order fulfilment, telecommunications providers, and professional advisers (auditors, legal, tax and accounting advisors).
Your Rights
At any time you may request from the Controller access to the personal data being processed, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
You also have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller.

Right to Object
Independently of the rights referred to above, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data.
